Built in 1907, Villa Lucie is a beautiful and authentic house located in Chaillevette, Charente-Maritime, only 15 minutes from the first beaches of the Arvert Peninsula (Ronce-les-Bains, La Tremblade, Côte Sauvage, La Palmyre, Saint-Palais-sur-Mer, Royan…).

Chaillevette, also known as "the cradle of the oyster", is a charming oyster-farming port where you can taste the famous Marennes Oléron oysters and enjoy peaceful walks along the Seudre River towards Mornac-sur-Seudre(listed among “The Most Beautiful Villages in France”).

Total surface area: 185 m² with 4 independent bedrooms(including one on the ground floor) and 2 bathrooms.

The house can accommodate up to 10 guests(+ babies):

• Ideal setup: 6 adult beds+ 4 children beds in the large “Cabin” room (dormitory style).
• Possible configuration: 10 adults(all Queen size 160 cm beds).
• Baby cot available upon request.
