"HAPPY LOCATIONS" (hereinafter "the Company") managed by Mr. Damien MARRONNEAU, offers a range of services relating to short-term accommodation rentals between individuals or companies/individuals. The site https://www.locations-vacances-blois.com/ offers its user access to information with free access on the Internet.


These General Terms and Conditions apply to all furnished accommodation managed by the Company. The contractual information is presented in French. It will be confirmed at the time of online purchase. The validation by the customer of his reservation constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The data recorded by the HAPPY LOCATIONS site constitutes proof of all transactions with its customers. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions. Acceptance of cookies may be essential for any payment on our site.


1. Price:

The Company reserves the right to change its prices at any time. All stays are billed on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of booking. Prices are inclusive of all taxes and are expressed in Euros. They are per accommodation and per night. They do not include additional services. Our service offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website or displayed in the accommodation. Any request, regardless of its origin, is payable in Euros. Under paragraph 19 of the Small Business Act, we do not collect or display VAT.


2. Tourist taxes:

The tourist tax is included in the basic rates and calculated according to the number of people and nights. Its amount is set by the municipality which has instructed HAPPY LOCATIONS to collect it from customers and pay it to them.


3. Reservation and payment:

Online payment is secure. Payment is made by bank cards directly on our site with CB, Visa, Mastercard cards. Prepaid cards, rechargeable or not, are refused. If the customer wishes to pay for their stay by another means of payment (check, transfer, cash or other bank card), they must inform HAPPY LOCATIONS directly so that other conditions can be agreed. When booking online, the customer pays the full amount of their stay. No reservation will be effective before receipt of payment in full. The customer will receive an email confirming their reservation as well as the information necessary to access the duly designated accommodation. A reservation of two nights minimum and one month maximum is required by HAPPY LOCATIONS. The Company reserves the right not to give the keys to the accommodation to the customer without full payment of their reservation. 4. Security Guarantee: We guarantee complete reliability of transactions when booking on our site, thanks to the secure server with the SSL encryption system used (Secure Sockets Layer). This encryption system is the most widely used on the Internet to protect information transmissions between a client and a server. It allows the secure transfer of online banking details. It is compatible with the latest versions of all browsers on the market. The SSL software encrypts all banking details at the time of their entry. During their single transfer via the Internet, it is then impossible to read them. In this case, we do not have access to the customer's banking details.


5. Changes to essential elements of the reservation:

5.1 By HAPPY LOCATIONS: If the Company is forced at the start of the rental to modify essential elements of a reservation, it must immediately inform the customer. The Company may cancel the reservation without penalty and immediately refund the amounts paid. If the customer accepts the modification proposed by the Company, an email will be sent to them specifying the modifications made. Any price reductions would be deducted from the amounts remaining due by the customer. If the payment already made by the latter exceeds the price of the modified service, the surplus must be returned to them before the date of their departure. 5.2 By the customer: If the customer wishes to modify their reservation, once it has been confirmed, we will do everything possible to satisfy them. In the event that this proves impossible, the customer may request cancellation of the original reservation, which will be subject to the cancellation conditions set out in paragraph 6. In the event that illegal or harmful activities for the neighborhood (lack of hygiene, noise pollution, aggressiveness, etc.) are noted, the Company reserves the right to cancel the stay. In this specific case, no refund of the sums paid will be made by HAPPY LOCATIONS. Any recourse must then be exercised before the competent court (art. 15). In the event of physical resistance, calling the police will be considered.


6. Cancellation conditions:

• HAPPY LOFT / COCOON / KOOL: In case of cancellation, a full refund within 24 hours of booking and up to 7 days before the guest's arrival will be made by the owner. The guest can cancel 48 hours before arrival and receive a 50% refund of the reservation. No refund will be made 24 hours before the guest's arrival but a postponement of the stay may be considered depending on the availability of the reservation calendar.

• VILLA LUCIE: 1. In case of cancellation within 24 hours of the customer's reservation, a 100% refund of the deposit paid at the time of booking will be made by the owner. 2. In case of cancellation 60 days before arrival, the customer will be able to receive a 70% refund on the entire amount of the reservation. 3. In case of cancellation 30 days before arrival, the customer will be able to receive a 50% refund on the entire amount of the reservation. 4. In case of cancellation 15 days before arrival, the customer will not receive any refund on the entire amount of the reservation. HAPPY LOCATIONS reserves the right to cancel any reservation of a customer with whom there is a payment dispute, previous occupancy dispute, doubt as to their solvency or to carry out an illegal activity in the accommodation without the latter being able to claim any compensation for any reason whatsoever. Any cancellation must be notified by email.


7. Access to accommodation:

An arrival procedure will be sent to the customer by email upon validation of the reservation on the online payment site. The apartments are available to the customer with access codes or Vigick from 4 p.m. on the first day of the stay. The traveler will be able to make a completely independent entry. On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest. In the event of an instant online reservation, a delay of 20 minutes will be necessary to allow a welcome in the best conditions. The customer will not be able to claim under any circumstances a right to remain in the accommodation after the end date of his stay.


8. Security Deposit/Deposit:

A deposit of €500 will be requested electronically during the transaction, thanks to our SWIKLY technology solution. This deposit is a bank imprint (not debited from your account). It will be returned either at the time of the customer's departure inventory or at the latest within 48 hours. This period will allow the Company to note any damage, breakage or disappearance of objects, deterioration or dirt requiring repair work in the event (if no inventory was possible upon the traveler's departure). If necessary, we will repair or replace any damaged, broken or missing object in the accommodation. The amount retained from the deposit will be supported by an invoice or any other document. The customer is held responsible for any broken or damaged object and damage caused to the facilities during their stay.


9. Inventory:

Furnished accommodations are fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, bedding, linens and household appliances. It is forbidden to use the beds without sheets. The customer must report any anomalies and basic shortcomings upon arrival (phone call, SMS, email). The customer must, in his interest, check the condition of the premises and the proper functioning of household and sanitary appliances upon arrival. Failing this, the accommodation will be deemed to be in good condition and the inventory will be in accordance with reality.


10. Accommodation:

All our accommodations comply with French safety standards and are regularly checked. They are equipped for tourist or short stays. The description clearly specifies the maximum number of beds in each apartment. The accommodation may not under any circumstances be occupied by a number greater than that indicated on the site.


11. Responsibility:

HAPPY LOCATIONS cannot be held liable for damage or theft of personal belongings in the accommodation. The Company cannot be held liable for unforeseeable circumstances of force majeure or nuisance that disrupt or interrupt the stay. Minors under the age of 18 are under the sole and complete responsibility of their parents for the entire duration of their stay. Customers are prohibited from opening areas indicated as being reserved for the company.


12. Complaint:

Any possible complaint during the stay must be reported immediately to the Company in order to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. The customer will not be able to claim any compensation in the event of urgent repairs having to be carried out during his stay inside the accommodation.


13. Additional information:

Animals are only accepted in certain accommodations and the Company reserves the right to refuse access. Internet access is provided free of charge via a WIFI connection available in all accommodations. The traveler is responsible for the use of the internet during his stay in accordance with the HADOPI law.


14. Photos :

Our plans and photos are not contractual.


15. Competent jurisdiction:

The parties attribute jurisdiction to the High Court of Blois.


16. Intellectual property:

The conciergerie41.com website is subject to the principle of copyright protection, set out in Article L.111-1 of the Intellectual Property Code. It is the exclusive property of the company HAPPY LOCATIONS. All of its content (texts, scripts, images, logos, icons, etc.) is therefore protected. No copy, reproduction, distribution, modification, transmission (by download, email, or any other communication medium) even partial (other than that provided for in Article L 122-5 of the CPI) of this content may be made without the express authorization of the Company HAPPY LOCATIONS. The Internet user who browses our site undertakes not to disrupt its proper functioning by malicious acts against the site or the publisher (identity theft, address or manipulation of electronic identifiers). The information published on this site is not contractual in nature.
