"HAPPY LOCATIONS" (hereinafter "the Company") managed by Mr. Damien MARRONNEAU, offers a range of services relating to short-term accommodation rentals between individuals or companies/individuals. The site https://www.locations-vacances-blois.com/ offers its users access to information free of charge on the Internet.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all furnished accommodation managed by the Company. Contractual information is presented in French. It will be confirmed at the time of online purchase. The customer's confirmation of their reservation constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The data recorded by the HAPPY LOCATIONS website constitutes proof of all transactions with its customers. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions. Accepting cookies may be essential for any payment on our website.
1. Price:
The Company reserves the right to change its prices at any time. All stays are billed based on the rates in effect at the time of booking. Prices are inclusive of all taxes and are expressed in Euros. They are per accommodation per night. They do not include additional services. Our service offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website or displayed in the accommodations. All requests, regardless of their origin, are payable in Euros. Pursuant to paragraph 19 of the Small Business Act, we do not collect or display VAT.
2. Tourist taxes:
Tourist tax is included in the basic rates and calculated based on the number of people and nights. Its amount is set by the municipality, which has tasked HAPPY LOCATIONS with collecting it from customers and remitting it to them.
3. Reservation and payment:
Online payment is secure. Payment is made by credit card directly on our website using CB, Visa, and Mastercard. Prepaid cards, whether rechargeable or not, are not accepted. If the customer wishes to pay for their stay by another means of payment (check, bank transfer, cash, or other credit card), they must inform HAPPY LOCATIONS directly so that other conditions can be agreed upon. When booking online, the customer pays the full amount of their stay. No reservation will be effective until full payment is received. The customer will receive an email confirming their reservation and the necessary information to access the duly designated accommodation. A reservation of two nights minimum and one month maximum is required by HAPPY LOCATIONS. The Company reserves the right not to hand over the keys to the accommodation to the customer without full payment for their reservation. 4. Security Guarantee: We guarantee complete reliability of transactions when booking on our website, thanks to the secure server with the SSL encryption system used (Secure Sockets Layer). This encryption system is the most widely used on the internet to protect information transmissions between a client and a server. It allows the secure transfer of online banking details. It is compatible with the latest versions of all browsers on the market. SSL software encrypts all banking details as they are entered. During their single transfer over the internet, it is then impossible to read them. In this case, we do not have access to the customer's banking details.
5. Changes to essential elements of the reservation:
5.1 By HAPPY LOCATIONS: If the Company is forced to modify essential elements of a reservation at the start of the rental, it must immediately inform the customer. The Company may cancel the reservation without penalty and immediately refund the amounts paid. If the customer accepts the modification proposed by the Company, an email will be sent to them specifying the modifications made. Any price reductions will be deducted from the amounts still owed by the customer. If the payment already made by the latter exceeds the price of the modified service, the surplus must be returned to them before the departure date. 5.2 By the customer: If the customer wishes to modify their reservation, once it has been confirmed, we will do everything possible to accommodate them. In the event that this proves impossible, the customer may request cancellation of the original reservation, which will be subject to the cancellation conditions set out in paragraph 6. In the event that illegal or harmful activities for the neighborhood (lack of hygiene, noise pollution, aggression, etc.) are observed, the Company reserves the right to cancel the stay. In this specific case, no refund of the amounts paid will be made by HAPPY LOCATIONS. Any recourse must then be exercised before the competent court (art. 15). In the event of physical resistance, calling the police will be considered.

7. Access to accommodation:
An arrival procedure will be sent to the client by email upon validation of the reservation on the online payment site. The apartments are available to the client with access codes or Vigick from 4 p.m. on the first day of the stay. The traveler will be able to make a completely independent entry. On the day of departure, the accommodations must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest. In the case of instant online booking, a delay of 20 minutes will be necessary to allow a welcome in the best conditions. The client will not be able to exercise under any circumstances a right to remain in the accommodation after the end date of their stay.
8. Security Deposit/Deposit:
A €500 deposit will be requested electronically during the transaction, thanks to our SWIKLY technology solution. This deposit is a bank imprint (not debited from your account). It will be returned either at the time of the customer's departure inventory or at the latest within 48 hours. This period will allow the Company to note any damage, breakage or disappearance of objects, deterioration or soiling requiring repair work in the event (if no inventory was possible upon the traveler's departure). If necessary, we will repair or replace damaged, broken or missing objects in the accommodation. The amount withheld from the deposit will be supported by an invoice or any other document. The customer is responsible for any broken or damaged objects and damage caused to the facilities during their stay.
9. Inventory:
Furnished accommodations are fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, bedding, linens, and household appliances. It is forbidden to use beds without sheets. The client must report any anomalies and basic deficiencies upon arrival (phone call, SMS, email). It is in the client's best interest to check the condition of the premises and the proper functioning of household and sanitary appliances upon arrival. Failing this, the accommodation will be deemed to be in good condition and the inventory will be accurate.
10. Accommodation:
All our accommodations comply with French safety standards and are regularly inspected. They are equipped for tourist or short-term stays. The description clearly specifies the maximum number of beds in each apartment. Under no circumstances may the accommodation be occupied by more people than indicated on the website.
11. Responsibility:
HAPPY LOCATIONS cannot be held liable for damage or theft of personal belongings in the accommodation. The Company cannot be held liable for unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or nuisance that disrupts or interrupts your stay. Minors under the age of 18 are under the sole and complete responsibility of their parents for the duration of their stay. Guests are prohibited from opening areas designated as reserved for the company.
12. Complaint:
Any possible complaint during the stay must be reported immediately to the Company in order to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. The customer will not be able to claim any compensation in the event of urgent repairs having to be carried out during their stay inside the accommodation.
13. Additional information:
Pets are only allowed in certain accommodations, and the Company reserves the right to refuse access. Internet access is free via a Wi-Fi connection available in all accommodations. Guests are responsible for their internet use during their stay, in accordance with the HADOPI law.

Our plans and photos are not contractual.
15. Competent jurisdiction:
The parties grant jurisdiction to the High Court of Blois.
16. Intellectual property:
The conciergerie41.com website is protected by the principle of Copyright protection, set out in Article L.111-1 of the Intellectual Property Code. It is the exclusive property of the company HAPPY LOCATIONS. All of its content (texts, scripts, images, logos, icons, etc.) is therefore protected. No copy, reproduction, distribution, modification, transmission (by download, email, or any other communication medium), even partial (other than that provided for in Article L 122-5 of the CPI) of this content may be made without the express authorization of the company HAPPY LOCATIONS. The Internet user who browses our site undertakes not to disrupt its proper functioning by malicious acts against the site or the publisher (identity theft, address or manipulation of electronic identifiers). The information published on this site is not contractual in nature.
